Name: Thaddeus "Thad" Thawne II
Canon: DC Comics, "Impulse"
Age: Physically and mentally he appears to be somewhere in his mid teens (14-16); Chronologically he's centuries old.
Height: 5'1" ( 154.94 cm )
Weight: Due to his speedster metabolism it fluctuates constantly, but he's generally somewhere between 90 to 105 pounds. ( 40 to 47 kg)
Appearance: Small in stature, but gangly, with a runners build, long legs and big feet. Has pail yellow eyes and short blond hair.

Fourth walling: Light fourth wall breaking is always fine. He'll probably find the concept of his universe being fiction in other universes pretty interesting. Just, please don't have your character reveal too much in terms of specific information about him, the Flash Family or the Thawnes without asking me first.

Physical contact: Your character can try it, but he isn’t really good with physical contact unless he’s initiating it, or he trusts the person.
Kissing: He’s not likely to let it happen, and there is a chance of getting hit.
Flirting: He’ll probably be oblivious to advances thrown his way. If it’s blatant enough for him to get it, he could be flustered or angry, depending on who it’s coming from and his relationship with that character.
Fighting: Yes, please. But keep in mind, he is a speedster, which means he will be harder for most characters to hit.
Injuring / Killing this character: I'm good with this. For death or serious injury, ask first so we can plot it out. If this is for a perma-death game, I would like to save death for a point when it could be useful/necessary either in game or OOC.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Using telepathy on him without his permission is a really good way to tick him off, but again, go right ahead. If you would like details on what his mind would be like, just contact me.
Content Warning: Rp with this character could lead to talk of how he was raised in a child soldier kind of situation. This could involve some mention of emotional and psychological abuse; in particular when it comes to issues of isolation and indoctrination. There may also be some talk of PTSD depending on how things go in game.
